Typically I restrict the images I use on this website to those that were taken during my personal travels, but this photograph merited a rare exception. After I visited Thatcher’s gravesite on July 22, 2022, I texted Chuck four pictures from the excursion, including two with my copy of his book featured. Chuck eagerly replied that he had paid his own respects to Thatcher just a few days prior and sent me this photo of him crouched beside the tombstone.
