With Rose Kennedy pregnant with Eunice in 1920, the ever-expanding Kennedy family needed a larger home. The clan moved from 83 Beals Street to another Brookline house less than half a mile away in the Graffam-McKay neighborhood, at the corner of Abbottsford Road and Naples Road. Eunice was born there on July 10, 1921. She was followed by sister Patricia in 1924 and brother Robert in 1925. The Kennedys moved out in 1927, briefly swapping the environs of Massachusetts for New York. Today the house at 51 Abbottsford Road remains a private residence.
